Good questions
How far in advance should I book?
I typically book out [X] weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons. If you have a launch or rebrand deadline in mind, reach out as early as possible so we can make sure we get your date locked in.
What if I'm really uncomfortable in front of the camera?
Honestly? Most of my clients say this and most of them forget about the camera within the first fifteen minutes. My entire approach is designed around making you feel at ease — we move slowly, we laugh a lot, and I'll never ask you to do anything that doesn't feel natural. The awkward stiff photos you're picturing? Not what we're making here.
Can I split my session between studio and location?
Absolutely — hybrid sessions are actually one of my favorites because you get the versatility of both environments in one shoot. Reach out and we can talk through what combination makes the most sense for your brand.
How many photos will I receive?
Every session is different but as a general guide you can expect [X] fully edited images for a [X] hour session. I always prioritize quality over quantity — every image in your gallery should be something you actually want to use.
Do you travel for shoots?
Yes and I will use any excuse to do so. Travel fees apply for locations outside of [X] miles from [Your City] — reach out and I'll put together a custom quote for destination sessions.
What should I wear?
Don't stress this one — wardrobe guidance is included in every session. Once we're booked I'll send you a detailed style guide based on your brand colors and the session vibe we've planned together.
How do I pay and what's your cancellation policy?
A [X%] retainer is due at booking to secure your date with the remaining balance due [X days] before your session. Cancellations made more than [X days] in advance receive a full refund of the session fee minus the retainer. Please see my full contract for complete details.
